Add Global Site Tracking Code not working

    Hi.

    I’ve been using the plugin for a while, and it was fine.
    But only recently I have upgraded it.

    During the upgrade WP flashed some message, that the plugin was disabled due to some issue, but I got preoccupated with other things, and missed it.

    A week or two later I discovered that there is no Google Analytics script on my site (since I opted for the plugin’s GA insertion and removed it from template).

    Even after I reactivated the plugin and updated the settings (which all were blank), the analytics script did not add. (I mean the Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’ option).

    Pretty bad, I would say.

    Can you please let us know the version you were using & from which you have upgraded to the latest one? Additionally, are you using ManageWP to update the plugins automatically?

    Also, share your store URL so we can verify the working of the plugin.

    Hi @tatvic.

    The plugin version is 2.1.6 and the URL is https://svitzdorovya.com/
    I’m not sure from which version I’ve upgraded before. Not using ManageWP.

    However I added the gtag script myself.

    The error when the plugin was disabled was:
    "Deactivated plugin ""enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/woocommerce-enhanced-ecommerce-google-analytics-integration.php"" because of an error (""file_does_not_exist"")."

    Hi Alex,

    You are connected with us via Email(keep in touch over there). You have upgraded the plugin from very old version 1.2.1.2 to 2.1.6 & from the version 2.0, we did the Major UI changes, that’s why you have faced the empty settings issue.
