Re-create admin account via phpmyadmin

  • Hi,
    Somehow I’ve removed my admin access and can only login as a base level user with no rights…there are no other account.
    How can I change the security or authorization level on the account so that it’s admin level again?
    Obviously it would be through myphpadmin but I have no idea what and where to change it.

    Any help ??
