Only one short code works

I am trying to add a review carousel to the homepage using the [yotpo_product_reviews_carousel background_color=”#22fff2″ mode=”most-recent” type=”both” count=”3″] short code. When this is done nothing is displayed in that space. The same thing happens with all codes except the [yotpo_testimonials] code. This creates a long list of reviews and that is not how we want to display reviews on our home page. Let me know if there is something I am doing wrong, or if there is a solution to this issue.
