Regarding javascript to defer, GTmetrix reports these:

the first one is the WP Rocket JS, which is asynced, check in WP Rocket if you can change that to “defer” instead (which is what Autoptimize uses). as WP Rocket runs after Async JS, Async JS can not help with that.

the 2nd one is inline JS, async JS leaves inline JS be.

the last one is the JS added by cloudflare, nor asyncJS nor WP Rocket can see (and optimize) it.
