Password reset email – Link to reset email is missing

Hello
I have a problem with password reset email.

The email that is sent to the user does not have the reset URL in it.

Here is the output of the email:
Someone has requested a password reset for the following account: Site Name: Website name Username: username If this was a mistake, just ignore this e-mail and nothing will happen. To reset your password, visit the following address:

I am running WordPress 5.1.1,
Easy Registration Forms 1.7.1
Easy Registration Conditional Fields & Notifications 1.0.7

There are no errors in error_log or debug.log file.
If I try to reset it through Woocommerce password reset the URL is shown in the email but the email is managed by Woocommerce.
