when i try to test i get email not sent

hello,
i have the plugin installed , sometimes the email verification works and sometimes it doesn’t, so i tried test email verification and it gave me this “email not sent” You can test if your server is capable of sending emails.
its capable and i get emails from other installed plugins even this plugin it sometimes works, so what might be causing this?
