Yoast and other plugins cover Editor

When creating a post/page with a lot of content the blocks are sometimes showing over top of the Yoast plugin section that is typically below the editor box and sometimes fall behind it (so cannot enter information). This happens with both the Gutenberg and Classic editors I believe it’s a stylesheet z-axis issue.

This does not happen if using one of the WordPress default themes. Using latest version of both OnePress and WordPress. I have cross-posted to the Yoast support forum as well.
