Allow users to upload and download?

    I would like to allow groups of users to upload and download files. Basically anyone in group1 can upload to the group1 area and download. They can also download from group2 but cannot upload there. Also, would like to be able to moderate the uploads. Does this plugin allow for any or all of this?
