Correcting the title link in TOC (Bug)

If I create a heading with a “-” in the wording, ie, Number – 1,2,3.

If I chose – in anchor option,
The link in TOC will point to “#number–1,2,3” with 2 hyphen in it.
But at the Heading, the id created for it is only “number-1,2,3” with only 1 hyphen.

If I chose _ in anchor option,
The link in TOC will point to “#number_-_1,2,3”.
But at the Heading, the id created for it is only “number_1,2,3”.

Hence, the link won’t work properly. Please help update to align the linking.
