• I’ve spent the last three weeks looking for a Calendar that had these features:

    • Works with dark WordPress theme
    • Ability to perform design-time filtering or server-side filtering
    • Renders outstanding on mobile or desktop
    • Easy for average person to enter events
    • Good documentation
    • Responsive support – community or vendor

After downloading and testing or purchasing and testing many calendars I finally found The Events Calendar late last night.

WOW – this events calendar is outstanding. The rendering of the templates is by far the best I’ve seen, especially how they render images. No overstretching or strange image rending. You upload the image, that is how it looks on the single page view.

While this plugin does not work with Elementor Pro as an editor, you can download a plugin to enable the use of shortcodes on any page.

One issue I ran into was it can be difficult to wade through their docs because, they have other products, one called Community Events, which is a different product, when searching on the web you have to deal with Community Events results when you only want content for this calendar.

Great job, love this calendar, thank you so very much,

    Karl

    Hi Karl,

WOW – this events calendar is outstanding.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review: we’re really stoked to hear you’ve had a positive experience ??

One issue I ran into was it can be difficult to wade through their docs…

This is definitely something we want to improve and in fact it’s an area we’re actively working on. Do bear with us: we’re incrementally making improvements in this area and will continue to do so—thanks again!

    Hi Barry,

Yes, the Internet searching issue is a difficult problem. Having more than one product with the name calendar is the root, but it’s what you have.

I was always hoping Google would provide a tag for websites to easily differentiate information to reduce false positives base on the search.

Best solution I can come up with is an Information Center page for each product. Then customers won’t have to use Google to find the content by product.

    Anyway, love your calendar.

    Best to you,

    Karl
