Checkboxes to Download files?

I have a page with a list of sell sheets. What I wanted to do in following steps are:

Once a user click on a link, a popup window shows up with a form. The user fill out his name and email, etc. Then the user click on the checkboxes to select the files he wants to download, then he submit the form. After the form submission, file links appear for the user to download.

Is it possible to do that with Contact Form 7? Can you let me know how I can do that or if there’s alternative ways to do that too.
