Problem with Variable products

    Hi!’m trying this super plugin but i cant update or add new product as Variations of the parent.May be is my fault, and i would like your help.

    Firstly, i imported the file (as new products).
    i set everything as your support documentations @ yoursite and everytnig is ok!

    But if i want to update the product (for example: i want to add some new Variations and to add new values in exist attributes (on the exist parent product) then the parent products dont ”see” the variations or ”see’ only one value

    i tried this both as import file in exist products, and as new products and the results were almost the same ??

    May you could help me what i have to do?

    An “Existing Items” import can’t currently add variations to existing products, and it doesn’t keep track of imported posts – it just searches for existing posts/products and then updates them. It’s good for updating specific fields, e.g. stock, prices, images.

    A “New Items” import is best when creating products because it keeps track of imported posts and allows you to utilize the “Delete posts that are no longer available” feature when updating your file. And, since it keeps track of parent/child relationships of the products it creates, you can add/remove variations in variable products.
