Product images not appearing on the shop page

    Hello.

    I have a very common issue on client site. Product images are not visible anywhere; shop, categories etc. Out of all the products, some 7 products are having this issue right now. Others are fine.

    I tried the caching and checked if there are any plugins that are creating the problem. But i’m unable to fix it. IF there is a plugin issue, it must happen to all products right? Why only selective product-images are invisible? Please let me know what issue uis.

    And please indicate as to what I should take care of in future, so that this problem won’t pop up.

    Hi,

    Can you try temporarily switching to a default theme to test?

    I am seeing some strange behavior with your theme. It could be the theme or a product type as the product with the missing image has an extra option for a product images loop as seen in the screenshot.

    Thanks for the reply. The theme is total and latest version. So i think it is something to do with product type. Will check and let you know soon.
