Lock all settings

Hello!

Thanks for this great plugin – just testing it on some sites at the moment and I think this could be an Updraft killer… ??

Just one feature is missing: Locking all the settings from other users that have access to the wp-admin. This is a great security feature to prevent data loss if a lower experienced user starts a restore or a hacker that get′s access could delete the backups. And because passwords of the remote storage can be found in the settings an extra protection would be really desirable.
