I’m using Beaver Builder and Beaver Themer, and I created a Service custom post type. Social Pug is a social sharing plugin that shows floating footer social media buttons. The buttons are not showing up because the span tag that is needed to show the buttons is not being added. I can manually add it to in a Beaver Builder template, but I wanted to see if you had a better way of including it, so I don’t have to add this code to every template that I create.

No great way around that that I’m aware of. CPTUI itself doesn’t handle template details, so we have nothing built in to help address this.

    Bummer. Thanks.

Why wouldn’t your plugin add the Social Pug code after the template code?

Because the focus of CPTUI is to get the post types/taxonomies registered for users, not how the content created afterwards is utilized or displayed.

Details like social sharing and how those are handled or where they’re displayed has different intents for every user, and we couldn’t possibly handle effectively, so we stay hands-off.
