I change in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/ the directory name from leaflet-maps-marker-pro to leaflet-maps-marker-pros but still I am not able to go to the admin of wordpress page.

Are you still getting that downgrade message? you could try renaming the root plugins directory too, temporarily (this would likely disrupt your website if you depend on plugins).

Yeah, I would try that. It should automatically disable all plugins.
