Compatibility Check: “Not detected” in highlighted in red?

Not detected means you don’t use mod_php mode, so you probably use PHP-fpm. We cannot detect Apache modules in that case, but that doesn’t mean it is not installed/active.
Please check with your host to confirm if the required modules are installed.

I will. But the issue I’m point out is that the output message isn’t according to legend:

Not detected as yellow
Not installed as red

In this case was Not detected as red (https://monosnap.com/file/0fB2QBugvL7KcZm6AsAsl1WD1N8OIn), which is a mix and raises doubts. Do you agree?

@vmarko, I just got the response from host and “mod_ext_filter” isn’t installed. Does it means that we’ll not be able to use “disk enhanced Page Cache and Browser Cache”?
