Blacklist certain keywords?

Is it possible make it so that certain keywords are never turned into tags? For example, LaiserTag likes to use “IFrame” as a keyword, which it should never do, as it’s taking that from the HTML rather than from the content of the page. But there are other keywords I’d like to eliminate, too. For example, if my site is called “Dogs are Awesome” I don’t need every single post to be tagged with “dogs.” Anyway, I just want a blacklist that will stop such tags from being created. I can go through my tags and delete them, but they keep being recreated.
