• I’ve successfully created a new NextGen gallery using the the default settings. The full size images appear fine, and it appears the thumbnails are being created, but they don’t actually appear in either the control panel or on the actual page: I only get their links to the full-size images. I’ve used a stripped down theme without the “width: 100%” to make sure that’s not the issue. This is occurring in both FireFox and IE.

Any ideas on what is causing this problem?

Update: I’ve been using FireFox, and no thumbnail is appearing, not even a missing image box, and the link to the large image doesn’t appear. Just tried this in Safari and I do now get the missing image box and the link works, but the thumbnail isn’t appearing in any of the panels or views within NextGen.

Any one? Just wondering where to start troubleshooting?

I am having this same problem. Images I uploaded previously show up fine. New images I added today didn’t show up in the control panel … and it isn’t creating thumbnails, either.

What uploader are you using? I found I had problems with the flash-based uploader, but everything worked fine with flash disabled.

I am using the uploader in NextGen. I tried disabling it and uploading the images again … even tried logging out, closing the browser after disabling, and then re-opening. Nada. The image is allegedly uploaded, but I can’t see it in the album/gallery, the “edit thumb” turns into a black screen, and it doesn’t show up in the slideshow.
