Can we show Adsense Ads to Adblocker users?

can we put AdSense ads as alternative ads?

No. Only images and HTML would work and also only when they don’t include terms that are blocked by ad blockers like “ad”, “banner”, or even “300×250”.

Most external scripts and ad networks are blocked.

Lucky them, they have an exception in the ad block list. Ads are still blocked by uBlock.
