Social Sharing Not Working

  • For some reason, social share isn’t working on this website. Right now both standard and floating interface are enabled. Floating isn’t showing, and standard interface only shows the title “Share with your friends”.

    I am using this plugin on several other websites without issues. I double-checked all settings many times, tried including the widget code in theme settings, nothing works.

    Please help! Thanks!

    Hi Dubie,

    Seems related to the cache plugin you are using. Try disabling that just to check if that makes any difference.

    Thanks! You were right. It was a compatibility issue with Hummingbird Pro.

    However, now the floating buttons are showing but they do not float. Any idea how I can fix that?

    Sorry, I can’t see any icons at all and cache is still enabled.

    You can try enabling Super Socializer Sharing - Floating widget from Appearance > Widgets page in admin area, in a widget area that is present on the webpages where you want to show icons. After this, you would like to disable all the page groups from Placement option in Floating Interface section at social share options page in admin panel, to avoid multiple floating bars.
