serious problems with GUI

That screenshot shows you are using the WordPress editor to write your posts. That’s fine, but then that means you aren’t using Elementor’s editor. You can choose one or the other for each post or page, but if you are using the WordPress editor, then you won’t have access to Elementor’s widgets or editing tools for that page or post. If you click the big blue “Edit with Elementor” button at the top of that screen, you’ll edit it with Elementor.

in the first three slides I am describing the full experience to the the theme providers.(I cannot uset neither the native editor nor the elementror editor as is found in the last slides\screenshots)

I see. Sorry, I didn’t realize there was more than one screenshot. I believe I see the problem now. It seems you are using Microsoft Edge? Editing in Elementor does not work in Microsoft browsers. You must edit using either Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

in numerous attempts to use it from the very beginning until close to the deadline I have seeked to verify if it works, even in scenarios of re-installing and deactivating plugins, and I ‘ve never used another browser.
