Not working

Hi, I’m using the plugin, but the button don’t show on my site. I tried change the theme to default and this way the button appear.
I already used the code bellow, but doesn’t worked.add_filter( 'somdn_product_page_content_woo', 'somdn_product_page_content_woo_custom' );
function somdn_product_page_content_woo_custom() {

Since it’s a premium theme I can’t access it.
Email a copy of the theme to me so I can see what actions and hooks they’re using.
