FB and Google tabs

  • Hello,
    I have problems with FB and Google + it doesn’t seem working.
    On the FB tab, doesn’t recognize my profile although validated in my FB professional page. So, impossible to list the reviews.
    On the Google + tab, the API key is validated, I see my reviews but as soon as I clic on “list reviws’, nothing appears, as if I had none, exactly like FB.
    Could someone help me with that please ?
    This is a great plugin, I wish I could set it up on my website.
