    Hi WordPress,

I’m getting these entries in my access_logs:
    192.0.102.40 – – [04/Apr/2019:09:10:07 +1300] “HEAD /wptest04 HTTP/1.0” 404 555 “-” “jetmon/1.0 (Jetpack Site Uptime Monitor by WordPress.com)”
    192.0.102.40 – – [04/Apr/2019:09:16:55 +1300] “HEAD /wptest04 HTTP/1.0” 404 555 “-” “jetmon/1.0 (Jetpack Site Uptime Monitor by WordPress.com)”

How can these accesses be stopped, please?

    Thanks.

  • Hi Terry,

Can you confirm the address of the site you would like to disable Monitor on?

If you want that information to remain private, you can also contact us through this form:

    https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support

If the old site has been abandoned or removed, disabling Monitor is something we will need to do for you. If not, there should be an option to disable it here:
