Allow adding a user to a different role

  • How can I allow a user to add users to a different role?

    I can’t seem to find how to make this work. If I select ALL the capabilities then the different roles shows up for selection on the ‘Add User’ page, otherwise it’s only the role that the person belongs to.

    Please help.

    I want other Roles to be listed so I can assign the user to them. How do I enable this?

    It does not WordPress default behavior. This limitation would be added some plugin. Try to deactivate all plugins and test.
