Different Events

  • I guess my question is, this only allows one event, per say, So if I want to get volunteers to signup for a cleanup work party on May 1st and then want another say event type signup for June 5th bbq help, i can’t have 2 different signups, yes or no?

    Participants Database is not well suited to this kind of thing….where you would have a volunteer sign up for an event, and you’ve got multiple events.

    The best you can do is to give them a selector for the events and let them choose which events they are registering for.

    The downside is that each registration will be a separate record, so you won’t have one volunteer/one record. That may be OK for your case.

    In ‘Manage Database Fields’ there are many field definitions. Would it be possible to include an array() definition?
