I can not do make a backup with this pluggin

How fast did it take to reach 20%? Does it increase the percentage slowly? Do you have many files on the site?

two hours to reach 20%. The web collapsed. My files occupy about 5 gigs, because there are many images. What can I do?

It seems quite slow. I woyld expect it to take 10 to 15 minutes at most to backup the site. It could be that the problem is in the server/hosting provider.
Use advanced options and tick do not export media files. Then, if it works, transfer the media files manually.

The easiest way will be to try using the plugin again. Under advanced options check everything. Leave media files unchecked and see if you can export.
If this works, you can then import the archive.

In case it does not work, you can download media files via FTP and then upload them via FTP. It will also take some time to do this depending on your internet connection.

Thank you for your response. I have made the backup in two steps. First databases, etc. and then the media files. Incremental backups are on our radar and we have started to tackle this problem. Keep updating the plugin and it will soon have that feature ??

Hwllo, I am having a similar problem. My site is 508MB with media files and 375MB without but I can’t make a backup or export. I get Failed Network Error.
Am I trying to export too much?
