unable to add a form

    Hello, I have a strange problem.

    I can not create a new Mailchimp form. When I try to add an opt-in form, I see all my lists in the right column, I choose a form name and a description and the list I have to associate.

    I click on “create” the box is reload, but my form does not appear in the form list

    WP: 6.5.1
    Theme: AVADA
    Plugin: yikes-inc-easy-mailchimp-extender.6.5.2

    My API key is activated, I see the green button “Connected”
    I disabled all plugins, changed my theme,
    I activated the debugging, still without success and I can not see log debug, it does not seem to be activated.
    I have already used your plugin on other site with the avada theme and the plugin has always worked without problem.

    Hi @oradruir,

    This sounds like a plugin/theme conflict is occurring or one of your plugins/theme is throwing a fatal error. It’s difficult for me to debug this remotely as you’ve gone through the normal steps.

    You could go through the classic WordPress debugging process of disabling all of your plugins (except ours) and seeing if it works. That will isolate the problem to a plugin conflict.

    Or you could email us at plugins [at] yikesinc [dot] com and we can try some more advanced troubleshooting procedures.
