We added a Mailchimp for WP to the sidebar of the blog on the site listed. We used the widget for this. We recently moved this to production and now the submit button does nothing that I can tell.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    After further research…

When I turn off Google reCaptcha in Mailchimp for WP it submits the form.

We also use WP Forms and that works fine.

I also tried reCaptcha v3 and that did not work. Do we have to add another plugin for reCaptcha?

With the latest version of Mailchimp for WordPress you don’t need any extra plugin to add Google Capctcha, but you do need to fill your Google Captcha API key.

Please note that you would normally not need captcha on our forms, it has some build in spam bot protection already and if that’s not enough we recommend to try Wp Bruiser plugin, it has a setting for Mailchimp for WordPress forms and it works without bothering your users.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let us know!
