Can’t Remove Header Code

  • I need to remove the Google Adsense script i placed in the plugin. I’ve deactivated and deleted this plugin but the ads are still appearing on my site and when I inspect the code on my site, the script is still appearing. I’ve tried clearing my browsing history, cache, but the ads are still appearing. I really need to get this code removed. Any suggestions? When I open up my header.php the script is nowhere to be found.

  • have you figured how to remove code from header. I did what you did but the code still appears.

    I think, with this plugin you can only add script to header or footer. Once added, you cannot use this plugin to modify or delete already added script. So, even after removing this plugin, the already added script remains in the page.

    This is my assumption. If this is correct, can anyone enlighten, how we can modify or delete already added script?
