Constant Contact Form Not Submitting Emails to my List

No known WordPress conflicts known at the moment. Chances are there’s something not quite right with the API requests, and its returning an error.

Can you visit the settings page to enable debugging at the end of the page, and then re-try the form in question. Hopefully whatever is happening gets logged and shown in the newly revealed debug log page in the Constant Contact admin menu.

Thank you for your prompt reply! I enabled debugging and resubmitted and nothing is showing up in the errors log.

Is it simply an empty textarea or is there some sort of default messaging that indicate inability to write to a file?

Can’t say for certain but the “New Website Coming Soon” white screen and message may be playing a small part.

I had a default message indicating inability to write to a file but i fixed it and now its empty. “New Website Coming Soon” has nothing to do with the plugin, it’s the coming soon page. Any ideas?

If the indicated file is now created and writable, hopefully any results/errors coming from the API, once submitted to again, get logged. If you haven’t yet, please try submitting to it again. Otherwise, we don’t have any immediate answers for why it’s not getting through without being able to dig in with more hands on access.

Yeah still nothing and the log file is blank, tried a different vps and theme as well with same issue. I ended up using a different plugin but thank you for your help!

Understand needing to move on and utilize a different plugin, but that also doesn’t stop us from being curious what the issue ultimately is. ??
