    Hello,

    I recently bought the professional package about a month ago at this point. (I currently have plugin and the compliment). They never sent me an email or updated my account for me to download the professional add on and my client is asking where the rest of his booking application is. I have a receipt and can verify that I bought it. I have submitted multiple tickets to them and have still heard nothing back over the past few weeks if anyone can help please advise on how to get a refund or what I paid for.

    I’m very sorry to learn about your issue. I’m sure that there has to be some kind of “blacklist” issue with your email provider since we’ve replied to all our tickets.

    We’re not allowed to offer support on this section.

    Please kindly update your last ticket with your WP username that way we will resolve your issue faster.
