Add to Home Screen Pop Up Not Working

Hello! We just discovered your app it is super awesome! We followed all your instructions and troubleshooting tips for how to get the app to pop up on mobile devices in the browser. We have tested it in the supported browsers also but it is not popping up. we have tried in iOS in chrome and safari as well with no luck. Can you take a look and see what we might have wrong?
