Locked me out with my host IP

This plugin has always been my favorite but this “Jetpack has locked your site’s login page” issue is just the last straw. Today one one my site members had a few failed logins but the plugin is not logging his IP, its logging the IP of my site so everyone including me was booted out and required to get a login link via email. The problem is that the link too is not reaching my inbox. So i have an angry customer and am also disabled from logging in. Honestly?
Now, the first thing i’ll do when i get access is to remove this plugin since even disabling protect doesn’t seem to help
