Security token seems to be incorrect

    Hi,

    Our registred users from the website having a problem. They get an error “security token seems to be incorrect. Please reload the page and try again.” How can we solve this problem.

    Thank you for contacting us. We just completed submission without any problem at the given URL. This issue might occur if token is expired. Can you please try again and let me know the results.

    Hi there,

    the token error is happening often to our users not everytime they try to submit.
    I ll add screenshot also so you can check it.

    Are you using any security plugin that might be causing this issue ? Please provide following details:
    1. WordPress version.
    2. Plugin version.
    3. Any security plugin installed.

    Hi,

    yes i’m using the wordfence (version 7.2.4) plugin.

    Wordpress 5.1.1
    Easy Registration Forms 1.7.1
    Php version 7.2

    and finally i’m using ssl certificate, is this a problem?

    SSL should not be a problem. However wordfence might be causing the issue. We will be testing this further meanwhile however I would suggest to deactivate it temporarily to see if it is causing the issue.

    Same problem with us in testmode, continiously. Deactivating Wordfence did not change anything at all. Any other idea?
