Handover from bot to human

    How do I handover a chat from the Watson bot to a human agent, who then continues the chat with the client ?

    Unfortunately, this feature isn’t implemented yet, but we are developing it. We plan to deliver it in one of the next releases as soon as we’ll polish it enough.

    We will start releasing the batch of advanced features soon. The first one will be the history browser and operator interaction will follow shortly after it. If you want, we will notify you about release.
