Google not indexing my blog…

Hi

Can anyone help?
I have just integrated wordpress into my website – https://www.roxx-online.com
wordpress is on the Latest News page
Google isn’t picking up my feed

I have added the rss url into my site’s main sitemap – https://www.roxx-online.com/sitemap.xml
I have also installed the dynamic sitemap creation tool which has created the sitemap at https://www.roxx-online.com/roxxonline/blog/sitemap.xml
I have submitted both to google in webmaster tools and all reports back as fine within seconds.

Have I got the correct assumption that minutes/hours after publishing a post, google should have an index of it?
