Changing footers from columns to rows

Hey,
I am wanting to change the footers from columns to rows. I have linked to my homepage where you can see the bottom three footers don’t line up as the ones above are different sizes. Also when you look at my website on a mobile device the widgets are shown in the wrong order.

Any suggestions?
