    Hi,

    I have installed the Klarna plugin and generated credentials from your Playground. But when I go to the checkout page at the front end of my store I receive the error message: “An error occurred during communication with Klarna (Unauthorized).”.

    Hi,

    Can you contact Klarnas merchant support and ask them about your credentials and if they are newly created it can take up to 24 hours before they work.

    Have you signed up for Klarna Checkout or is it Klarna Payments? So you are not using the credentials in the wrong plugin.

    I double checked that for production K632897, is configured for Klarna Payments, not Klarna Checkout. The 401 / Unauthorized errors were for Klarna Checkout API calls (operation: merchant_create_order_v3). These errors were for production / live.
