[Plugin:Sociable] not working again.

Everytime (including today) i upgrade the plugin Sociable it fails…..then fails….then fails…..then fails again….then finally it accepts the upgrade and then it doesn’t work???? Does anyone have any idea why this always happens (keyword: ALWAYS)now I have upgraded and sociable is not working. Please help me out.

I mean it’s a great plugin when it works, I just find it doesn’t work very often. I usally end up going back to an older version. It looks like the files are being directed to the wrong directory.
