the reward points link doesn’t show up

which theme are you using? link?

my client is using this theme https://themeforest.net/item/rehub-directory-multi-vendor-shop-coupon-affiliate-theme/7646339
and the points show up in the cart , under the product and in the registration as it should but it doesn’t show up in the user profile , i can’t see a link and it doesn’t show up beside the user accounts in the admin as well.

i am currently disabling the plugin on the live website but here is the staging website https://mykeysarelost.com/souq/ , you can try registering and you won’t be able to see a link in your profile if you created a new account to see your credit points.

1. please make sure you are running the latest version which is v1.0.5
2. If so, please login as admin, go to settings -> Permalink Settings, click on save without changing anything, then try refreshing the “my account” page,
if it still doesn’t work, please visit https://www.hostplugin.com/members/index.php, create an account and open a support ticket and please don’t forget to mention this post.

ok i did what you mentioned but the issue is still there , i sent a ticket and i add the link of this post in it with screenshots too.

Issue Fixed. One of your other plugins overridden the tab, I have to make sure the function is getting call last in order to display it on screen.

thank you for solving it and i did see the points from the admin in the user details when i tried clicked on his name as you mentioned, can you tell me what did you adjust to do it to the my other website, i mean the live version of the website?

just copy includes/account.php from the test site to the live site, or wait for 1.0.6 release
