Exclusive select choices in a Group

Hello,

Here is what I’m trying to achieve. I have select menus whereby users will be asked to rank from 1-10 a value. For example, rank these three cars (1-10).

The challenge is that users cannot rank the same value for each car.

Car One rank 5
Car Two rank 5
Car Three rank 5

Each menu has to submit with an exclusive value.

Car One rank 3
Car Two rank 8
Car Three rank 10

Achievable? Please advise.
