    Hello,

    After updating your quite awesome plugin AB Blocks to v1.5.5., I found the look of my post grids much changed. With the update, classes and divs where added/changed, so much of any custom CSS (contained in the stylesheet of my childtheme) needed serious adjustments. I am sure that I am not the only user that customised the look of your blocks with their own CSS. These surprises are annoying, hopefully in the future any custom CSS will not be overridden by updates!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in and apologies for any headaches! We don’t have plans to release big updates like this on any of the other blocks. This block was a unique opportunity to add some advanced functionality. Sorry again and please continue to send us feedback to improve the plugin, much appreciated!

    Hello — thanks for the great theme and blocks — built a site quickly with many kudos due to both.

    Testing this latest update, I may have found an overlooked styling error, when using a list post-grid set not to display a featured image…

    .ab-block-post-grid .is-list article {
        grid-template-columns: 30% 1fr;

    Which seems to make a column for the image that isn’t shown, and forces the text into a smaller width than the container.

    Might be my theme set up – but wanted to put it on the possible bug list.

    Thanks again, and good luck at WPEngine!

    Hello,

    As henriette123 wrote this update was a little bit painful due to changes in classes or html tags, for example in posts grid, posts titles changed from h2 to h3 !

    We are a bit afraid thinking of future css changes we’ll have to make if AB keep unstable with updates.

    Anyway, thanks for the work and this great plugin.
