Hestia Contact Section Changing html

I’m using the Hestia Theme.
When I go to Appearance-> Customize and click to edit the Contact section it alters the html code, in particular the <br />, which I then have to re-code and save.
If I go into it again, it deletes it again.

Second issue with the same section.
I have added a Google Map in the Footer of the site, by getting the code from maps.google.com.
It works as it should.
However, when I add that same code into the content section, it shows the map in the content admin, but not live.
Through a browser, any browser, it merely displays the code.

I have not found any mention of this exact problem anywhere.
