Email does not change.

    I try to change the email address I entered when I signed up for my account, but it does not change.
    The phrase “Your account has been updated” appears, but the information has not changed.
    I’ve checked ‘WordPress dashboard >> Utimate member >> settings >> general >> my account >> Allow Email Changes’.
    I need your help.
