Playlist Button Stops Displaying After Starting Second Video in the Playlist

Perhaps you can check to see if you have this option in the settings page checked:
Show Controls: Show the player’s control bar. Unchecking this option creates a cleaner look but limits what your viewers can control (play position, volume, etc.).

I haven’t changed settings on this plugin at anytime. Everything was working until just a few weeks ago. I am guessing YouTube changed something that is now resulting in playlists not working properly.

Here is the issue (please read it carefully and check it out on this page): On the first video in a playlist, the user is able to click the button in the top-left corner to view all the videos in the playlist. However, once the user moves to the second video in the playlist, the option to view all videos in the playlist through clicking that top-left button disappears. This is a new bug that started just a few weeks ago. My users are not happy about it. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

We see and understand the issue now. However, YouTube doesn’t let anyone control much that goes on inside the iframe itself. They’ve changed the way they display playlist controls, just like how they’ve changed other layouts over the years. Unfortunately there’s no parameter available to let us do anything about it. You can even try without our plugin and see the same issue; the top left playlist “table of contents” disappears after the initial video.
