Worst support I’ve ever received—actually, NO support ever received

The plugin is good. It has a lot of features that I was looking for, which is great, but this can also make things complicated. This usually isn’t a problem because, when this has been the case for other plugins, the support team has always been available to help.
I paid for the pro version of this plugin and, for TWO MONTHS I’ve been trying to get a response from the support team. I now have three tickets open about the same issue, plus I’ve emailed them directly. I got a couple half-assed responses but no actual help.
Incredibly disappointed by what I found here. If you run into *actual* problems with the plugin, it seems unlikely they’ll help. This plugin gets a 1 star rating for its support.
