    Hello everyone,
I have translated my entire website, works just perfect.
The only problem I am facing right now is that the products translated dont show up when I do a search.
On my main language, all the products work fine on search bar. On the translated language X, y, z, they dont show.

    Help appreciated, thank you! ??

Any ideas of how I could potentially go around this problem?

    Thank you in advance,
    Daniel

    Hi,

Unfortunately that doesn’t work. We’ve yet to come with a proper solution for this.

Your entire content is in the default language so when the search query is executed, it’s searching for strings in another language in the database.

It’s a limitation of how TranslatePress works. We’ve discussed internally on possible fixes, but for the time being none are all that interesting.

@sareiodata Hey Cristian, thank you for the reply.

One other thing I noticed, is that when I go to the cart icon on my main menu, if I select “View Cart”, unless it is in my default language, it will always direct me to the page I want but in my default language.
Was I clear? If I select “view cart” in my secondary language, it will always go to Default languange.

    Thank you once again!
    Daniel
