Variable Products Question

    Hi Guys,

    I am working on a store where I courses are being sold. I am making these variable products of course with 3 options, Streaming, DVD, and MP3 download.

    The issue I am having is the streaming option for the courses as they are hosted on Teachable. Because the courses are purchasable directly on Teachable, I need a way to redirect a buyer from the store to the course on Teachable when they select the streaming option for that course. Is there a way to do that?

    It doesn’t appear there is a way to accomplish this in our core functionality but I found this plugin:

    It hasn’t been updated in almost a year but it looks fairly straightforward so I would recommend giving it a try. I recommend you do two things before activating and using this plugin though.

    First, please ensure you have a good backup of your site.

    Second, after you have installed and activated that plugin, keep your plugin page open on a separate tab from the one you are working in. If any changes that plugin makes crashes your site you will be able to click the “Deactivate” button without trouble from the Plugins page to remove the code that broke things.
